What We Did

Supported the establishment and operational planning of a commercial feedlot system focused on improving livestock productivity, feeding efficiency, and weight gain performance.

Activities included:

• Feedlot layout planning
• Feeding program coordination
• Water system management
• Animal health monitoring
• Daily operational supervision.

Assisted in developing feeding schedules, sourcing and managing feed resources, monitoring animal performance, and implementing record-keeping systems for tracking growth, feed intake, and general herd management. The project also focused on improving hygiene standards, waste management, and efficient resource utilization within the feedlot system.
